I don't know how it can be erased with wet fingers. But I kept rubbing and rubbing, and it just won't come off. I bought it somewhere else, based on a blogger's recommendation, and I don't regret it. Everything about it is great so far.
Another disappointment with Catrice eyeliners. The brush is excellent, thin, allowing for control of the line and making it thin. That's the only reason it deserves a star. However, this is not a waterproof eyeliner, you can easily smudge it with a wet finger and there will be no trace left. In rainy weather, it smudges and leaves imprints on my eyelid. Additionally, when held slightly horizontally, it dries and you have to lower it and wait for the liquid to flow, you don't even have time to line the second eye. It is completely inconvenient and not worth the money.
