Adding to my review - I purchased shade number 01. It is completely transparent, unlike what is shown in the photo on the website. The tube itself is only pink. ((((
I ordered delivery from the EU and was hoping to receive a free eyeshadow palette as part of a promotion. Along with my order, I added this "plumper". Well, it's just a regular lip balm for 240 UAH. The tube is very small and it feels like it's practically empty, with no film or any kind of protection, nothing. On the lips, it's transparent and has no effect, it's like "0". I really regret falling for the colorful description. It's a useless item for quite a lot of money.
