For the face:

- Oily and acne-prone skin: Mix the clay with herbal tea, such as yarrow, horsetail, St. John's wort, or chamomile. You can enhance it with honey, lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar.
- Mature and dry skin: Mix the clay with argan oil, cucumber, carrot juice, cottage cheese, olive oil, and wheat germ oil. Apply to the face. Rinse off after 10-15 minutes.
For the body: Mix the clay with oil, then add a little water. Massage the body in circular motions. After a few minutes, wash the body with warm water.
