1. Tamanu oil is used externally either in its pure form or as a component of cosmetic products. It can be applied not only to the skin around the eyes, neck, and décolleté but also to the entire body. To enhance the moisturizing properties of cosmetics, tamanu oil can be mixed with them in a 1:1 ratio.
2. Nail strengthening - apply the oil to the nails 2-3 times a week.
3. For moisturizing and strengthening hair, as well as treating dandruff on the scalp, warm the oil using a water bath, mix it with an egg yolk, and apply it to the hair and scalp for 2-3 hours.
The oil has a thick texture and a distinctive herbal scent that you quickly get used to. I applied it at night along with a facial serum, mixing in just one drop. Initially, my face felt very greasy, but the oil absorbs really well and, despite my oily skin, it doesn't make it feel oilier. It also helped reduce minor breakouts. My mom also used it on a painful joint in her finger, applying it for about three weeks, and there was a noticeable improvement—the pain decreased and the swelling went down. I definitely give this product 5 stars!
