The makeup order included a sample product. After applying it and then using SPF on top, I spent the whole day dealing with pilling on my face. The serum itself seems good—my skin instantly looked lively, smooth, and glowing—but the pilling was a downside.
In my opinion, the price of this serum is too high. It doesn't provide any lifting effect, just hydration. I've used serums that are two to three times cheaper and deliver much better results. Another downside is the cheap plastic packaging, which was surprising to me since I've never encountered such low-quality packaging before. On the positive side, the serum has a pleasant texture and a nice fragrance.
The serum is wonderful, just like everything else produced by Filorga. I've been using it for over two weeks now with no discomfort, and my skin is definitely grateful! However, my review is about something else: Dear and beloved Makeup store, why did you not keep your promise and update the information about the serum? The bottle no longer has a roller applicator; the manufacturer now packages this serum in the same type of bottle as all their other serums. Yet, you continue to mislead potential buyers, even though I was assured that this would be corrected. I wanted to believe that you stand by your word, but unfortunately, that's not the case.
