Children's skin has an incompletely formed thermoregulation mechanism, increased activity of the sebaceous and sweat glands, which makes it more vulnerable to negative environmental factors. So that autumn and winter walks do not lead to flaking, cracks and redness, the French brand Uriage has created a protective baby cream against the cold. Due to the content of Beeswax, it creates a weightless barrier on the surface of the skin, which protects it from adverse weather conditions and does not clog pores.
Benefits of Uriage Cold Cream:
- provides children's skin with protection from frost and cold;
- can be used from the first days of life;
- has a hypoallergenic formula and a neutral pH;
- Beeswax nourishes and softens the skin;
- Vaseline protects exposed areas of the body from frost, cold wind, dehydration and flaking;
- Uriage thermal water moisturizes the skin, destroys bacteria, relieves inflammation and irritation;
- stimulates the healing of microcracks and other damage.-
Apply to a clean, dry surface of the child's skin 30 minutes before going outside
1) It is difficult to apply and distribute on a child's face.
2) It has an unpleasant odor.
3) The child develops red patches, which made us think it was an allergy until we realized it was the cream.
My 10-month-old child was covered in red patches, I do not recommend it.
I thought it was just us, but it seems like almost everyone has the same reaction. I'm attaching a photo. I didn't buy it here, but it's the same product. And it also wears off over time. Is it really supposed to be like this?! Such a nice composition ... written.
I bought it at the pharmacy. My 6-month-old baby had red patches all over his face, but then it went away. We applied it 30 minutes before going outside, but the baby turned red even at home. It's a pity that I didn't read the reviews earlier, I didn't expect such an effect.
I applied this product to my 7-month-old child and it caused an allergic reaction! Her cheeks turned red instantly, as if she had been burned. I strongly advise against using it! It's a waste of money.
The same thing happened to us when we applied it to our 7-year-old daughter and our 8-month-old second child - both of them developed red cheeks within 5-10 minutes. I also experienced a burning sensation and tingling. I bought the same cream in a blue tube for my older daughter 7 years ago - this didn't happen then.
After applying the cream to the child, the areas where it was applied turned a maroon color. The reaction disappeared after about 40 minutes, but there is no desire to continue using the cream.
After applying this cream on my child, red patches immediately appeared all over their face, which only disappeared after washing it off. When I applied it on myself, I felt a tingling sensation and my face also turned slightly red, so I do not recommend this cream, even though I have always been satisfied with Uriage cosmetics.
I applied this product 30 minutes before going outside on both myself and my 1-year-old and 2-month-old baby. Within a few minutes, we both developed bright red patches, which is quite strange for "pharmacy hypoallergenic cosmetics from the first days of life." Either there is some allergen in the composition (which it would be desirable to see in the product description) or it is a counterfeit. Although I have been using the makeup website for a long time and have always been satisfied with the quality and service, I advise being cautious with this product.
