I bought these clippers because I already had similar ones and always liked them, and I wanted to give them as a gift. However, they turned out to be not as convenient. Maybe it's because the tips are straight instead of angled. I'm not sure. Unfortunately, they hardly catch any hangnails. I don't understand how to use them properly. It's not possible to return them (such items are non-refundable). It's a waste of money. So, make sure to choose only the ones you are absolutely confident about.
