Maybe it's all individual, I've tried many conditioners, but this one is the worst. My hair became wavy and dry, and after using it, it became even drier and as stiff as wires. I thought maybe it was just my imagination, but no, when I stopped using it, my hair became softer, although it still doesn't have the same condition as before using the conditioner. It really damaged my hair, I hope it can be restored without having to cut it.

I really liked this balm. It makes my hair easy to comb and smells pleasant. It definitely does its job well.

For its price, this conditioner is excellent. The only downside is that it is difficult to use when there is less than half left. If only they could change the shape of the bottle (with the lid facing downwards)!

Good conditioner, it performs well with its functions. It easily detangles the hair, leaving it soft, shiny, without weighing it down or making the scalp greasy. The only thing I don't really like is the scent, it's not strong, but it's just not to my liking, it has a typical soapy-detergent smell. Of course, I didn't remove a star because scent is a subjective thing.

The fragrance is too overpowering and overpowers perfumes. I threw it away. Tresemme Smooth Keratin has a neutral scent and provides better moisturization.

I ordered 4 items. I will describe each one, as it was convenient to compare.

1. Repair & Protect Shampoo:
The scent is very sweet and synthetic. It lathers well but is difficult to rinse out, possibly due to a low pH. The consumption is high.

2. Biotin Repair & Protect Conditioner:
The consistency is thick, and the consumption is average. The scent is slightly sweeter than the shampoo but still pleasant.

3. Colour Shineplex Conditioner:
The scent is sweet with citrus notes. The consumption is average, and it is not thick. It rinses out easily, and the hair is easy to comb after using it.

4. Keratin Smooth Conditioner:
I liked this one the most. It has a scent similar to violets with a slight sweet tone. The consumption is not high, and it is evenly applied to the hair. It rinses out easily, and it is convenient and quick to comb afterwards. However, when washing my hair, there is a sticky feeling on my hands and hair. It is possible that they named silicone as keratin.

I will note that I used each product for two washes. My hair is still falling out as before, but it has become slightly more staticky than usual.

Awful! I do not recommend this conditioner for people sensitive to smells, as it has an overpowering sweet scent. Secondly, I advise against using it for porous and/or bleached curly hair. Your hair will become like a fluffy broom. The conditioner leaves the hair stiff and shapeless - it neither curls nor straightens.
