Overall, it doesn't work on hair at all. It's like throwing money away, as it simply damages the hair without any benefit.
Thanks to this hair dye (+12 developer), I achieved a blonde color without the need for additional bleaching, although it took more than one application (the first attempt resulted in a lot of yellow tones). This was my first experience with coloring, so I'm happy that everything turned out fine and my hair is undamaged.
I don't use any additional toning, only a shampoo/mask with purple pigments.
Unfortunately, I will have to search for an alternative to this dye because the manufacturer has withdrawn from the Russian market.
If there happens to be a hair dye master in the comments, please give me some advice. I've been using ul-vv for a long time to lighten my base 6, and I top it off with ammonia-free shades from the same brand (often mixing SPA + SPV, for example). But what is the difference between ul-vv and ul-v+? I read somewhere that if you need to neutralize dark pigment more effectively, you should go for ul-v+ (since I still tone on top, neutralization is exactly what I need). And if someone cares about the shade of the color on their hair (for those who don't tone, for example), it's better to choose ul-vv. The photo on the hair is ul-vv (I mix 9% and 12% oxidants), and the toning is done with SPA + SPV.

I use a mixture of 9% and 12% developer, which equals 10.5%. I mix it in a ratio of 1:2 with my natural level 6 hair. I also do my coloring starting from the roots that have grown out, up to 1cm in length.

The Ul V+ paint - the color doesn't come out as in the color palette for me. Unfortunately, the shade turns out warm instead of cool. However, it doesn't damage my hair.

I tried the shade UL-v+ and 12% developer. It doesn't completely eliminate the yellow tones, but it lightens well and doesn't damage the hair.

The 9% developer from Matrix doesn't work to its full potential. It doesn't remove the yellow tones; in fact, it seems to enhance them. I believe the issue lies in the developer, but I could be mistaken.
I tried the UL V+ hair dye and mixed it with a 9% developer to lighten my hair. However, the results were not satisfactory as it only slightly lightened my hair and gave it a strong yellow tint. In comparison, a regular 10-level hair dye from any brand worked much better in lightening my roots. Despite this, there are a few positive aspects about this hair dye. It does not have a strong smell, it does not cause excessive irritation or discomfort, and it does not damage the hair.
For the past 3 years, I have been using only Matrix hair dye to lighten my hair. It is the best dye in terms of both price and quality. The 12% lightener is even more gentle than the 9%. I highly recommend it. As for the delivery of the makeup, it was as fast as always.
The UV-VV shade of hair dye is amazing, and I will definitely be ordering more. Firstly, it gives a beautiful blonde shade on ash blonde hair. But the best part is that my hair was previously dyed with blue "Anthocyanin," and this blonde shade "ate" half of the stubborn blue color. :)) There are still some pale blue areas, and the previous blue has turned silver. And all of this is happening while my hair remains in excellent condition, the blonde color did not damage it at all. Since I was planning on changing the bright color, the "eating" effect of the blue dye came in very handy.
