I adore this fragrance. It is timeless and can be worn in both winter and summer. It is very long-lasting and has a strong sillage. The rose is the main note here. Do not expect any transformations from this perfume: it will smell more or less the same from the moment you apply it until it fades away. It is the scent of a pink rose, not a velvety raspberry. I can feel it on myself all day long, and it even lingers on my hair the next day. I bought a 25 ml bottle and almost finished it during the spring and winter, considering that I have around 15 different fragrances - that's quick. I also purchased the "nectar" version, which is sweeter and more alluring, but I still prefer the original.

I won't comment on the fragrance itself, as it is a matter of personal taste, but its longevity is truly incredible. I would have liked to forget about it by now, but it simply won't fade away.

Becoming my mother's favorite fragrance, it is delicate and floral, but not overly sweet like other scents from Lancome. It has good longevity. For me, this scent represents spring or September-October, when the heat is gone but it's not too cold yet. I have worn it in different seasons, but it truly shines in autumn and spring.

I tried a sample. The impression is terrible. This is an extremely cheap rose water for teenage girls who adore Zendaya. They took rose essence, added artificial peony, and poured it all with synthetic musk. Avon or Oriflame could have done something like this, and no questions would have arisen. But for Lancome, it's embarrassing. Idol sounds linear, doesn't change at all, it's just a flat, cloying rose. I am very disappointed in this brand. It seems like all the focus was on the interesting bottle. But what's inside is more important. I definitely won't be wearing this.

How many times have I promised myself not to blindly buy perfume and yet still bought it... Maybe the scent is good, but I can hardly smell it on myself. After 2-3 hours, people around me can't smell it either. I spray it 5 times. Although they say there should be a trail... It's somewhat similar, maybe to Estee Lauder Modern Muse Le Rouge, but that one lasts much longer. Why pay more?
