The color is as stated on the packaging. If you steam the facial skin and apply it to areas with blackheads, it even removes them as it dries. I liked it as one of the cleansing steps.

I barely managed to remove "this" from my face. I will never use it again in my life. Absolutely no effect, only the painful effect of pulling out the hair.

Great mask. The skin feels like velvet after using it. The only downside is that it is difficult to apply.
