The shampoo is great, but it can be quite aggressive as it leaves the hair feeling uncomfortably squeaky clean. I'm not sure if it's suitable for everyday use.
My hair becomes greasy on the second day and gets very tangled. The conditioner from the same series doesn't help either. I have thin hair and this shampoo doesn't work for me at all. I am disappointed.
I have been using the shampoo and conditioner on a regular basis. I'm not sure about its effectiveness in preventing hair loss, but I can definitely say that my hair doesn't fall out as much as usual. Compared to other CHI shampoos, my hair stays clean for a longer period of time. There is no feeling of getting used to it. Thanks to the menthol in the shampoo and conditioner, my hair seems to grow slightly faster.
The shampoo worked well for my thin and oily roots. After washing, my hair doesn't tangle and stays clean for about a day and a half. It is decent, but nothing more than that. I wouldn't say it's worth the money.
