Apply a thin layer of product to the cleansed face. Massage into the face avoiding the eye area. Rinse out with water. Use a toner and a cream according to the skin type.

This scrub is incredibly gentle, and it's a pleasure to use. However, the green one suits my oily skin better. Although, this one is a great find for sensitive skin! If you're hesitant about using scrubs, start with this one :)
