The scent is very intriguing, but it lacks longevity completely. I applied it on my wrist, and after half an hour, there was already no trace of a light trail. I ordered it as a gift, and now I feel disappointed.
6th place: He Wood - the beginning and middle reveal the scent of violets, and only towards the end, closer to the skin, woody notes appear.
5th place: Rocky Mountain - starts with a theatrical powdery scent with a hint of violet. The ending is similar to He Wood but slightly softer.
In He Wood, the opening is excellent, while in Rocky Mountain, the beginning and middle are good, but the ending lacks something.
4th place: Pour Homme - a sweet and sour citrus scent with woody notes. The smell is cool, but it leans more towards being unisex (a bit excessive on the citrus).
3rd place: 2 Wood (2021) - a blend of He Wood and Rocky Mountain. The ending is fantastic. It feels like you're standing on the shore, with the wind blowing in your face, bidding farewell to the sea.
2nd place: Green Wood - a mix of cedar cones and lemon. It's delightful.
1st place: He Wood Cologne - it's as if you've entered a cool pine forest. Towards the end (the final note), watery notes are added, and it's pure bliss.

The scent perfectly matches the description, it has its own distinct character. After applying it, there is a feeling of vitality, and a desire to be more active and decisive. Definitely one of my favorites this autumn.
They write nonsense about the age smell and how it is purely masculine because it is absolutely unisex. It starts with a bright citrus, I can clearly smell both mandarin and lemon with bergamot, then the citrus dissipates (quite quickly) and the beloved He Wood original returns, which unfortunately they discontinued for some unknown reason. This one is also good, with a light woodiness and ambroxan, close to powdery leather and violet, a subtle trail, and excellent longevity, especially on hair and clothing. It has nothing in common with standard men's fragrances in this price range, which are more reminiscent of cheap cologne and repulsive 3-in-1 gels. It is a very soft, intelligent, yet powerful scent for a well-groomed person of any gender.

Sweet and feminine, definitely not for a man.

First of all, it is not particularly expressive, but after 20 minutes we get a soft and gentle, even unisex, pleasant mono scent. For me, it is some kind of mono-mix of light wood and light flowers, maybe a little bit of quality soap and a hint of powder. It doesn't stand out, but I like it. It lasts well, but it's hard to overdo it. It's a decent universal option for the office and warm seasons of the year.
These fragrances are great, with a long-lasting scent. My husband has been using them for a long time, and he is 42 years old. So, if you are young or in your 40s-50s, go for it. It has a nice masculine fragrance.
I also didn't like the scent. It's way too sweet! The previous line of products was much better.
Discontinuing the entire He Wood line and masterpieces like Rocky Mountain for this misunderstanding is simply a crime against humanity! And as a fan of the brand with a 12-year experience, it is a complete disappointment! Absolutely nothing outstanding! It is a simple, boring, characterless, unserious, and feminine, pardon, unisex concoction for teenagers, just like everything the brothers are currently producing.
Light, slightly sweet, maybe a little feminine. Very pleasant and suitable for young men.
