  • The tradition of using essential oils dates back to ancient times. In the past, people discovered the healing properties of plants and used them for their benefit. The Ukrainian brand "Aromatika" respects these traditions while embracing the modern advancements of progress.

The "Juniper" essential oil will become a true treasure for fans of aromatherapeutic practice. It is used during health-improving massages, for inhalations during acute periods of colds and infectious diseases, added to warm baths, and for enriching cosmetic products. Juniper essential oil is distinguished by its exceptional toning, bactericidal, antiseptic, wound-healing, and insecticidal properties.

    How to use:

For massage: 4-6 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil.

In an aroma lamp: 4-5 drops.

For inhalations: 2-3 drops, with the procedure lasting 4-7 minutes.

To enrich creams and tonics: 5 drops per 10 ml of base.

For compresses: 5-7 drops per 1 cup of water.

As an insecticidal agent: 5 drops of oil per 10 ml of base vegetable oil.

For treating hemorrhoidal nodes: 5 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil.

For baths: 3-6 drops of oil, previously mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, cream, solution of sea or table salt).

I decided to try out a 10 ml sample of this oil and compared it to another oil from the brand "Aromatika" that I had stored for 10 years specifically for this purpose of distinguishing aromas. The result: In the modern bottle, only 20% of the original juniper aroma remains. The remaining 80% of the "liquid" smells like cheap shoe cream and car air freshener. The keyword here is "cheap"! Overall, "Aromatika" has deteriorated. I do not recommend it.
P.S. In the photo, the old bottle has a white cap and the new one has a black cap.

Terrible liquid! I added a bit to my bath, and my body immediately started tingling and itching. Do not buy this rubbish.

The scent is piney, but not quite like the smell of an actual juniper tree. Still, it is pleasant.

The scent is rich, but it doesn't resemble juniper (if compared to a live tree) at all. My first association is with the "Zvezdochka" balm. It's not even your typical fir/pine tree.

To be honest, this is water with the scent of juniper. It is a very thin oil that I bought for my aromatherapy lamp during the virus period. The scent is minimal. When you drop it from the bottle, it pours out like water. I'm disappointed...

The oil has a concentrated aroma, but when applied to the body, it smells good. I bought it to support my health and inhale the oil by applying it under my nose. Such a remedy is useful during cold and painful periods.

I really liked it: it strengthens the hair, improves the skin, smells good, and I think it will also cope with what is expected from this type of essential oil.
