Makeup Base "Illuminating" - Paese Illuminating Make-Up Base
It has a subtle shimmer and looks nice on the skin. I have problematic skin with visible pores. I wouldn't say it's a primer that evens out the tone. It simply adds freshness to the skin.
I do not recommend this base. I have combination skin, and the base rolls off along with the foundation. After using it, my face becomes flaky, like after a peel. I suggest you find a different one that suits your skin.
