After using this conditioner for a while, I can definitely NOT recommend it. Restoring and nourishing colored hair requires something much more effective than this product. There is almost no noticeable effect after application—not even basic softening. My hair dries very poorly, becoming tangled and unmanageable. However, the worst aspect of this conditioner is the smell! It's like a chemical weapon. The terrible ammonia odor is worse than anything I've encountered in hair dyes. It lingers even after rinsing and is difficult to mask with oils or sprays. Now I have a liter of this awful-smelling product just sitting unused.
