Despite the fact that the eyeshadows and lipstick in this cosmetics are quite good, the eyeliner was a complete disappointment. It applies poorly and smudges easily. I don't use an eyeshadow base, so maybe this eyeliner applies well with one, but I'm not sure.
The eyeliner is just okay. It leaves marks on the eyelids. There are much better options in terms of quality.
