There are two sides - rough massage/peeling and a sponge.
In my opinion, the sponge is relatively useless, as it is very soft...
It washes relatively well, but I think it is better suited for gel.
The rough side is perfect, I am 100% satisfied with it.
Considering it is from the mass market, I believe it offers the best value for money.

I really liked this sponge. I have been using it for half a year and it only started to tear slightly in the middle a week ago. It is small, but it lathers well. I only use the rough side, which effectively warms up the skin, exfoliates, and massages.
The scrubber is great, but only suitable for a child. However, it is too small for an adult. In terms of quality, it is excellent.
