I bought these eyeshadows thinking they were matte. They looked matte in the packaging as well. However, when applied to the eyelid, they shine excessively, which is very inappropriate. That's why I prefer to purchase double eyeshadows from the same brand, which are truly matte not only in the description but also in reality.
