A pimple dries up overnight if you apply a thick layer. It disappears completely after a few applications, so I can recommend it. However, it should never be applied to the entire skin.
It smells nice (herbal - natural scent), but be prepared that it doesn't dry out pimples, and it leaves the skin very oily (poor absorption).
