My child has atopic dermatitis. This oil effectively moisturizes the skin, reducing irritation.

It moisturizes the skin without leaving a sticky feeling. It has a neutral, barely noticeable scent.

This is a really great facial oil. I use it to cleanse my face before going to bed, and then I follow up with a foam cleanser. I have sensitive skin, but this oil doesn't cause any irritation at all. I am very satisfied with it.

There were pimples on my back, and they all disappeared. However, if you stop using it for a while, they come back. I really like the scent.

I bought it not here, but in a set with Lipikar AP+M cream. By the way, the cream is good and has often helped with irritated skin. However, this shower oil is terrible. I didn't like it immediately because of its "scent," which somehow reminds me of rotten fish. My husband didn't find this scent as horrible and decided to use it. But not for long, because it also dries out the skin excessively. I do not recommend it, especially for those with already dry and dehydrated skin. It's better to choose something without SLS in the composition.

I bought this product for my child, both here and at the pharmacy, as recommended by the pediatrician. We have been using it since birth and followed the instructions. I can say that my child did not have eczema before, but now they do. This is despite the fact that there is no hereditary predisposition for this diagnosis.

My child is now 1 year old and we constantly buy the AP+M cream.

I feel like this is some kind of marketing ploy. In the past, children did not have so many skin conditions, but now every other child has eczema. It's like they are saying, "Buy the bathing oil and get secondary dermatitis as a bonus, and then buy the cream for eczema."

The best product for extremely dry skin. It removes redness and itching, providing soothing relief. The skin feels incredibly soft. It is indispensable for me during the winter season.

I bought this oil because I had heard many times that dermatologists recommend it specifically for washing the face (for those with dry skin).
Before this, I often used real oils for washing and removing makeup, especially grape seed oil. So I was very used to the consistency of oil on my face. And when I bought this oil, I expected it to have a greasy consistency.
However, even though this product is also called an "oil," it is more like a gel. It is not greasy at all, lathers well, and rinses off easily with cold water.
It has a slightly strong scent, but that is expected since it is primarily a shower gel.
The ingredients are simply exceptional, and it is pleasant to use. Thank you La Roche for the excellent quality of your products; I am always satisfied.

Oh, I'm really surprised by the reviews about the strange smell. Because for me, the smell is what attracts me the most to this product! It makes me want to lather myself up to smell like that =)))) As for moisturizing the body... it's hard to say, more like no than yes... maybe it doesn't dry out as much as it would without this product... but nonetheless, I will order it again ;)

I love La Roche-Posay, literally all of my skincare products are from this brand, from cleansers to body creams. And all of their products are simply amazing.

But not this one. The scent is specific, but that's not so important. I didn't quite understand why it is so expensive. Yes, it doesn't dry out the skin, but it doesn't super moisturize either. The same Dove without SLS is just as good. And it costs four times less.

Even with the body cream (I have the Lipikar one from the same range), you still need to use oil afterwards. As a product for intimate hygiene, it might be suitable, but Lactacyd in oil is the same thing, just three times cheaper. It's simply impossible to wash your face with it, it dries out the skin (at least in my case).

In general, I won't buy it again. There are cheaper alternatives that are just as good, but overall, I remain a big fan of the brand.

The scent is indeed peculiar, but it is not a critical issue. It moisturizes very well, better than the syndet from the same line. There is no flaking on the face after washing. I use it for both my face and body. I recommend it to people with atopic skin.

The scent is pleasant and it cleans adequately. However, the composition is not suitable for people with sensitive skin. I encountered a sample for the first time (there was a promotion where they offered a decent sample, which lasted me a long time). Now I wanted to place an order. I read the ingredients: sodium lauryl sulfate. It is the cheapest and most harmful ingredient for "foaming". I am disappointed.

I purchased this product not from a makeup store, but from a pharmacy. The oil is simply incredible! After the first use, I decided to conduct an experiment - I did not apply any additional moisturizing products to my skin after taking a shower. In the morning, my skin felt soft and smooth! Now, I will never go back to using regular shower gels.

My skin itches terribly after a shower if I don't use something moisturizing, most likely due to the combination of hard water and soap. I used to use various products from Lush, but I tried this oil and finally forgot about that problem! In terms of consistency, it is quite similar to regular shower gel, but it really softens and gently cleanses the skin. I will definitely buy it again.
