Lip Pencil - Neve Cosmetics Pastello Lipcolor
These are really great, soft pencils with good pigmentation. They apply smoothly and evenly on both lips and eyelids. They do not smudge on the lips.
I bought the Pastello Lipcolor pencil in the shade Pitaya. Here are my impressions:
Cons:
- There was a delivery fee of 39 UAH (which Make up notifies you about during the order formation stage), so the pencil ended up costing 195 UAH.
- The Pastello (pastel) turned out to be shimmery. The Pitaya shade is a bright pink-purple with fine shimmer. The shimmer gives a moisturizing effect, but it's a downside when Pastello's name and the description don't mention shimmer.
- Longevity - the color stays on for quite a while, but the edge starts to smudge after half an hour of application.
