I bought this for my 18-month-old son, who has a tendency towards atopic dermatitis. After reading previous reviews, I was expecting great results. Initially, the product seemed excellent, with a nice texture. However, after 2-3 days of use, the areas affected by dermatitis on my child turned red. I'm not sure if this was due to mechanical irritation (as my child was very active and crawling everywhere during those days) or if the product just didn't suit him. I'll give it another try later. Also, the gel arrived without the dispenser top, just a regular cap, which is quite inconvenient. The photos showed a different design.
