Understand that this is a medicinal product that HEALS! It is not meant to create a cosmetic effect. This product is for cases like the problem I had, for example.

When using systemic retinoids, lips tend to get very dry, but this balm manages to moisturize them. However, it leaves an unpleasant white residue on the lips. I only use it at home.
I didn't like this balm as it creates an unpleasant film and leaves white marks, which is the most disappointing thing about this product. Perhaps if your lips are in good condition, without cracks or scratches, this won't be an issue, but it is very noticeable on damaged lips. For now, I will go back to using Cicaplast from La Roche.

I apply a thick layer at night and in the morning there are no cracks. During the day, I just need to get used to it. I apply a thin layer and it protects perfectly.
