Makeup delivery is terrible - it took longer than expected because the courier says one time but tries to deliver at a completely different time. Makeup support says, "Well, sorry, the courier didn't call (they didn't call me)" and "another courier replaced him and forgot to inform him" and "The courier's route is pre-determined in a certain sequence, so the courier doesn't always have the opportunity to consider customers' time preferences or deviate from the route - such manipulations lead to delays in the delivery of all orders on the route, which is unacceptable." - but how is it unacceptable if it happened exactly in my case and my order was not delivered at the agreed time?
I am purchasing my third hairbrush from this company. The larger one with colored bristles didn't work for me. However, I really like these glossy little ones. They do an excellent job at detangling hair. At first, the bristles may seem hard for the first week, but then they become normal. They are smooth, pleasant to hold, and visually appealing without any rough edges. It took a week to arrive from Warsaw. Special thanks to the courier who was always punctual and polite.
A regular comb) It doesn't make the hair static and combs it perfectly. I was afraid that the quality would not be great and it would fall apart, but it has been holding up for over six months. So, I am happy with it.
