I had high expectations, but I didn't receive anything except for the preserved color.
My hair is porous and dry, so the shampoo makes my hair heavy and it looks tired and greasy after washing.
No matter what conditioners I use or what I do, I always have the same effect after washing.
This product didn't work for me. It doesn't lather well (worse than a sulfate-free one), it caused dandruff, and my hair became very dry after using it, even though it's supposed to moisturize. To ensure an unbiased experiment, I washed my hair three times in a row for cleanliness.
Great shampoo. In this line, the Expériance products don't work immediately; the healing effect accumulates gradually. With regular use, I personally experienced that my hair becomes better, shinier, thicker, and more elastic. I use both the shampoo and the mask.
Just average. Not worth your money.
