For massage: Add 3-6 drops of fir essential oil to 15 ml of a carrier oil. To enrich creams, tonics, and gels: Add 4-6 drops to 15 grams of the base product. For an aroma lamp: Add 3-7 drops of pure oil or 10-15 drops of its alcohol solution (10 drops of oil in 10 ml of 90% ethyl alcohol). For hot inhalations: Use 2-3 drops of oil. For baths: Add 4-7 drops, first diluted in 1/4 cup of an emulsifier (milk, cream, whey, honey solution, or salt solution).
