For massage: 3-6 drops of the essential oil are added to 15 ml of base oil. To enrich creams, tonics, gels: 4-6 drops per 15 g of the base. Add 3-7 drops of pure oil or 10-15 drops of its alcohol solution to the aroma lamp (10 drops of oil per 10 ml of 90% ethyl alcohol). For hot inhalations: take 2-3 drops of the oil. For baths: 4-7 drops, pre-diluted in ¼ cup of emulsifier (milk, cream, whey, honey or salt solutions).
The smell is very strong, but that's understandable, lavender....
I am disappointed that there was no dispenser, it's not convenient to use, I had to take it from another empty bottle. I can't say anything about its properties, as I use it in a hair mask to prevent hair loss. It hasn't been long enough to evaluate the results.
