This is an excellent oil that effectively removes makeup. After using it, I always follow up with a foam cleanser or gel. I don't understand why some people mention the scent, it has a normal smell.
Cons: The pharmacy-like smell is unpleasant, although not strongly pronounced. It is very difficult to remove waterproof makeup. It takes a long time and effort to cleanse the face with it. The presence of mineral oil in the composition is also a downside.
Pros: The packaging is beautiful and the dispenser is convenient, with an open-close screw mechanism. It is suitable for washing the face if you do not heavily rely on cosmetics. It does not contain parabens, SLS, or clearly expressed immunotoxic and carcinogenic components.
I bought this oil from a different place, but I decided to leave a review. It does indeed cleanse very well. The smell is specific, it's hard to call it pleasant.
One of the main concerns is that this hydrophilic oil is not suitable for removing eye makeup at all (which is why I use hydrophilic oils). And here it's just a disaster, it burns incredibly, so the manufacturer's warning about avoiding the eye area is not just a formality, but a clear instruction. Now I will have to think about what to do with my makeup. Maybe I will use the oil for my body instead.
The smell of this product is indeed unique and somewhat chemical. However, overall, the oil does a pretty good job of cleansing the face.
Overall, the oil is not bad, but the smell... it doesn't smell very pleasant, to put it mildly. It doesn't foam. It cleanses and moisturizes very well.
Excellent cleansing oil. I love using hydrophilic oils for washing my face. It is fragrance-free, convenient to use, and effectively removes makeup.
