It turned out to be a cheap, powdery fragrance on me, mixed with the scent of old fabric and a slight sourness. The bottle does smell fresh, as people have mentioned, but for me, it is nauseating and suffocating. I cannot detect any almond notes, despite what others have said.

One is enough for me. They are wonderful as shower gels and colognes. Egypt is the second most pleasant. I can tolerate Japanese Rituals, but maybe I can only tolerate it in winter.
