Before use, test the product for individual tolerance. Inhalations: hot (3-5 min); cold: 1-2 min. Aroma medallions: 1 drop. Rinse: 1 drop with 0.5 tsp. emulsifier (soda, salt, honey) per glass of warm water. Baths: 1-2 drops. Massage: 2-6 drops per 10 ml of the base. Compresses: warm oil compresses on the area of injury, pain (3 to 10 ml of the oil). Enrichment of products: 1-3 drops per 5 ml of the base. Internal use: additive to honey, jam (3-5 drops per 100 ml), use 1 tsp. mixtures 1-4 times a day. You can add 1 drop to a morning yogurt (at least 100 g). Aroma combing: apply to comb teeth.
