Apply a small amount of toothpaste on the brush and brush the teeth in circular motions. Rinse the mouth thoroughly.
I really liked this toothpaste (and it's definitely toothpaste, not gel). It has a minimal consumption, a subtle soda flavor, and it tastes really pleasant. It doesn't produce much foam, which I find great. Personally, I prefer it over the curaprox Be You toothpaste.
Girls, this product doesn't work. I've been using it for a month and a half and there's been zero effect. It's just a regular toothpaste, maybe made with natural ingredients because it doesn't foam well and doesn't whiten at all. I bought it for myself and my daughter, but neither of us noticed any changes.
I expected more from this toothpaste. Don't expect any whitening effects, and it definitely won't remove any existing stains. The amount you need to use is excessive, and the price is clearly too high. My conclusion is that it is only suitable for cleaning well-maintained teeth and nothing more.
