Hello. I ordered this amazing eyeliner yesterday, order number 1734197395-1250. I've purchased it before and was thrilled with it—it lasts a long time without smudging and lasted me almost six months. However, this time something went wrong. When I used it the next day, it was terrible—completely dry and didn't work at all, so I had to finish my makeup with my old one. It's not cheap, and it feels like money wasted. Saying I'm upset is an understatement... Can someone help me get a refund or return the eyeliner?!!!

I really love this eyeliner and have been ordering and using it for years. However, today I was very disappointed when I tried to apply it, and it didn't work at all, unlike all my previous ones. It seems like there's not enough liquid, and it lacks the small ball inside to shake it up and fix any issues if it's been sitting in storage too long.

I read the comments and see that I'm not the only one facing this issue. I have a similar brow liner and I don't have this problem with it.

I wrote a positive review in the summer, used one product, ordered another, and it's just terrible. Maybe I got a defective one.

It leaks from the first use on my hands and eyelids, and it even broke into pieces - the capsule separately, the case, and the cap. I always held it with the nozzle up so it wouldn't leak so much, but the cap started falling off as if under pressure. Now I have to squeeze it with all my strength to close it.

I don't know what to blame: a defect or a counterfeit.

The eyeliner is great. The best thing about it is that it is long-lasting. I bought it in April. But what a surprise when it started to dry out and I thought I would have to throw it away. I accidentally shook it and there was a little ball inside that somehow encourages the ink to flow onto the brush and moisturizes it (I checked another old eyeliner that I had lying around and it doesn't have that). And now I use it every day for the past 5 months.

It applies well. It stays on for half a day, but if you apply it in the morning, it won't last until the evening, it smudges and needs to be refreshed. It is easily washed off. The color is rich black.

I would like to add to the review I left when I made the purchase. The durability is weak, it cannot withstand heat or workouts. Even a slight laugh causes the edges to smudge. About a month and a half before the eyeliner ran out, it started leaking heavily. If you leave it downward, it leaks; if you hold it upwards, it barely draws. It's like extremes. This is very inconvenient. I will not purchase it again because I am dissatisfied with the quality.

Over time, the bristles of the brush start to split, but it is not the brush itself that is made of felt, but rather the bristles. In terms of texture, it is very comfortable, not as long-lasting as other eyeliners, but also not as drying as liquid eyeliners in a jar with a separate brush. I would rate it 4.5 out of 5. It is currently the most eye-catching eyeliner. I am looking forward to getting a discount and buying another one.

Terrible eyeliner! I've been using pencil eyeliners since I was 16, and now I'm 29. I've tried different options, but this one is the most disgusting. It doesn't stay on at all, it even washes off with a regular mist. I usually buy the snail girl eyeliner - I've been using it for over two years. It's waterproof and draws well, and it lasts for two years without running out. But this eyeliner, firstly, draws very very thin lines, it even leaves gaps. And when I tried to use it for the second time, it completely stopped drawing. I thought maybe I bought a low-quality product, so I ordered it from another source and even one more - just to compare. But the result was the same. I highly do not recommend it. You will regret it and see for yourself, it's just a waste of money.

Not recommended. I ordered the brown color. Initially, it didn't draw, but after reading reviews, I placed it vertically, and the eyeliner simply started leaking. The lines were sticky, left imprints on the eyelid, and by evening, they would smudge.
In the end, after three weeks of use with all the inconveniences, it just dried out.
The price does not correspond to the quality, or rather, the complete lack of quality.
Maybe I got a bad one, and you might get lucky, but I have no desire to play roulette.
