Oh, the effect is absolutely amazing! I tried it as recommended in the comments, 1:1 with water, and I think that's the right way to do it. Honestly, it stings a bit, but I suppose that's expected since it's not just water. The sensation afterwards is very pleasant and clean. I highly recommend it. The only thing that disappoints me is that they didn't mention how many milliliters should be poured into the cap. I poured 10 and added water up to 20 ml. That's enough for one rinse.
