I had high hopes for this sharpener because of the 100% positive reviews and its relatively high price. However, it did not live up to my expectations. My soft eyebrow pencil (GOLDEN ROSE) does not sharpen well with it, even freezing it did not help. Perhaps it's just the pencil itself.
