Gently pat these areas with your palms a few times. Follow this by applying the Dr. Hauschka day cream suitable for your skin condition. In the evening, cleanse your face again with Dr. Hauschka Cleansing Cream and use the spray once more. Do not apply anything else afterward.
This regimen should be followed four times a year. One 40 ml bottle is sufficient for a 28-day course.
