How do I exchange or return goods?

You can return your order within 14 days, provided the items are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Opened or tested cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If the item is damaged or faulty, please send photos and a short explanation to our customer support team. We will review your request, provide return instructions and arrange a courier collection. Refunds are issued within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

How does delivery work and how long does it take?

We deliver across the UK via Evri (formerly Hermes) courier, to Evri parcelshops or lockers. Delivery cost: £3.90, free for orders over £19. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days from dispatch.
