The mascara is awful! I bought it based on reviews, although I was very skeptical and had to choose between two options. However, all the positive reviews convinced me.
First of all, the brush is very fluffy, curved, and short... it's extremely uncomfortable.
Secondly, it clumps up and leaves residue on the tube...

Yes, when you first start using it, the volume is really good. But that wow effect only lasts for the first 3-5 times. After that, it's nowhere near the same. Five hours after application, the mascara just disappears somewhere. Oh, and yes, it crumbles and leaves marks on the eyelid.
