I find that everything from Garnier suits me well. Even when it's not meant for my skin type, I always achieve the perfect balance between myself and Garnier.

These Botanic creams indeed have a slightly heavy film-like consistency, but it is completely harmless! I actually like that it mattifies and protects the skin, with a fresh or floral scent. I enjoy the tingling sensation on my skin because it means the cream is fighting bacteria, with or without alcohol. Besides, the tingling sensation quickly fades. I have combination skin and have never experienced clogged pores or any side effects. The only thing is that it doesn't fully moisturize. But it's just a lightweight cream, for deep hydration, it's necessary to use other products. Because as a basic skincare cream, it's excellent! I always make sure to have it on my shelf, along with other products from this brand. My love for it has lasted over 15 years.

I didn't really like this cream as it has a greasy texture that feels very noticeable on my face. It leaves my skin looking shiny and oily, as if I haven't washed it. Unfortunately, it doesn't provide enough hydration for my dry skin during the winter.
