  • One of the most valuable natural oils in cosmetology is avocado oil. Seeing this ingredient in the composition of a cosmetic product, you can be sure that it will provide the most beneficial care for the skin of the face and body, as well as for the hair. The composition of avocado oil is extremely rich in micronutrients and vitamins, which provide nourishing and moisturizing effects, thereby protecting the beauty, health, and youthfulness of hair and skin. It absorbs excellently and leaves no greasy residue.

Natural avocado oil is the best way to care for aging skin, helping to restore elasticity and firmness, bring back smoothness, and a healthy complexion. It effectively combats dryness, flakiness, redness, and inflammation, providing protection against harmful environmental factors and free radicals.

Avocado oil is used in the manufacture of medical drugs for the treatment of eczema, osteoarthritis, scleroderma, as well as for oral care- treating periodontosis and bleeding gums.

Applications for wrinkles on the neck, face, around the eyes. To 1 tablespoon of avocado oil, add 1–2 drops of lime, neroli, sandalwood, or rose essential oils. Apply the aroma-infused cloth to problem areas for 15–30 minutes 1–2 times a day.

Aromatherapy massage for skin coarsening and cellulite is conducted with an aroma blend consisting of 1–2 tablespoons of base avocado oil and 2–3 drops of lemon essential oil. For cellulite aromatherapy massage, the effective sequential use of blends No. 1 and No. 2 is recommended.

Blend No. 1: To 50ml of fat base, add 6 drops each of geranium, juniper, lemon, and fennel essential oils. As a fat base, it is best to use a mix of equal amounts of avocado, grape seed, almond, and peach oils.

Blend No. 2: To 50ml of fat base, add 6 drops each of lavender, patchouli, rosemary essential oils, and 4 drops of cypress essential oil. For a month, conduct daily massages using blend No.1. After a four-day break, the same course is conducted with blend No. 2.

During the course of therapeutic massage, it is advisable to take baths with juniper essential oil twice a week, scrubbing cellulite-affected areas with a rough brush or loofah.

Massage for strengthening nails. For brittle and splitting nails, daily massage the nail plate and nail fold with an aroma blend consisting of 1 tablespoon of fatty avocado oil and 2–3 drops of lemon or ylang-ylang essential oil for 15–20 minutes. The course is 12–14 days.

Enriching shampoo to give hair shine and eliminate brittleness, dryness, and split ends. To 100ml of shampoo, intended for dry and normal hair, add 10 drops of avocado oil. Additionally, you can add 3–5 drops of orange and ylang-ylang or mandarin and sandalwood essential oils. Use the avocado oil-enriched shampoo regularly for washing hair.

Applications for gums. To 1 tablespoon of avocado oil, add 2–3 drops of tea tree essential oil. Apply the aroma-infused swabs to affected areas 1–2 times a day. The duration of the procedure is 15–20 minutes, the course is 12–14 days.

I have been using this product for several years, alternating with marula oil. These oils are perfect for my problematic skin. They provide moisture, soothing effects, and even out the skin tone, doing everything necessary.

I have dry and sensitive skin, and this avocado oil is an excellent alternative to coconut and wheat germ oils. It nourishes and moisturizes well. I use it on my dry, curly hair before washing, on my body, and on my eyelashes and eyebrows.

I have been using this product recently, so it's hard to say anything about its effectiveness. However, it feels very pleasant on the skin and doesn't cause any allergies, which is great because my skin is very sensitive. It moisturizes excellently without leaving a greasy film. In general, this brand has many oils, and I am satisfied with all of them. I add it to my cream, masks, and scrubs.

Good hair oil. I add it to henna because henna itself dries out the hair. The henna then applies very well when there is oil in it. I also use it to make various hair masks.

I have been using almond oil for a long time - adding it to creams, it helped with dryness and abrasions on the skin. Unlike almond oil, this particular oil has a barely noticeable scent and a slightly cloudy color. Overall, it also does a good job of softening the skin.

I always use oil. I use it for facial massage and I really like it overall. So, I recommend it.

This product is very oily and works well when applied on the lips instead of lip balm. It can also be added to body and hand creams. For those with dry skin, it can even be used in face creams. However, since I have oily skin, I don't find it suitable for my face.

Excellent oil!!!! I use it for facial care (it nourishes and evens out the texture). It suits me perfectly, 100%.

The oil is good. I add 7-10 drops to any hair balm or mask, and after that, my hair becomes obedient, silky, and easy to comb.
