It heats up the wax in 15 minutes, the wax cartridges are of high quality and do not leak, and the nozzle dispenses the exact amount needed. The wax strips adhere perfectly. Everything turned out great on the first try. I am extremely satisfied! I will continue to buy cartridges and use it regularly. It's a shame they are not sold in stores and there is only one type available on the makeup website, with delivery from the EU.
