To treat muscle pain and rheumatism, Najel recommends using a mud wrap. Apply Dead Sea mud to the painful part of the body, wrap in foil and a towel and leave for 20 minutes. After this, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.
