Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth using circular motions while gently massaging your gums. Rinse your mouth with a small amount of water, holding it for 20-30 seconds.
The toothpaste didn't really impress me, even though it's quite unique. It has a cool blue color and a somewhat uneven texture, with tiny granules that feel like sand. However, I find it a bit too refreshing, and the aftertaste after brushing is slightly sour, which I didn't like. I use it alternately with other toothpastes, as it doesn't suit me for regular use.
The pasta is decent, but nothing special. The granules are cool, as if they add a touch of uniqueness, but I don't see any noticeable effect from them. I much prefer Signal toothpaste in the large blue tubes.
