Always do a patch test 48 hours in advance of using any home hair dye products.

1. Mix the bleach cream and bleach powder in the developer cream bottle.
2. Apply the mix in sections, starting with your lengths and ends. Do not apply to roots.
3. Leave to develop for 15-25 mins, as stated on the instructions, depending on the result you wish to achieve.
4. Apply the rest of the mixture onto the roots and leave to develop for another 15-25 mins. The total processing time should not exceed 45 minutes.
5. Rinse until the water runs clear, apply the silk & shine conditioner and rinse again.

It lightened, but instead of the expected result, my dark chestnut hair turned into a coppery-red color at the roots, with a yellow blonde shade throughout its length. Even using a purple shampoo didn't help. I ended up with an intense red shade. (((
The hair bleach took a very long time, even though it was stated that it would take 3 to 7 days, I waited for 9. However, the product itself is excellent and successfully lightened my previously dyed hair by 100%. My hair did not become dry, the mixture has a pleasant smell, and it does not irritate the scalp. I highly recommend it!
