Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth using circular motions while gently massaging your gums. Rinse your mouth with a small amount of water, holding it for 20-30 seconds.
Great brush. It cleans well and doesn't harm the gums. The quality is top-notch.
The toothbrush is great. My dentist recommended it to me. I have problems with my gums and teeth, they hurt and bleed, and tartar builds up very quickly. I tried a bunch of other brushes, from soft to hard, but the results weren't that great. But with this brush, everything is different. Firstly, it's small (the head), so it reaches up to 8 teeth effortlessly without triggering any gag reflexes. It simply covers the tooth. Secondly, it's super soft and the bristles easily fit into any interdental space, which is exactly what I need. And thirdly, the natural bristles don't harm the gums. I am very satisfied, and my teeth are too.
Excellent. The toothbrush is not cheap, but it takes one-third less time to clean the teeth.
