I really love CHI products, but unfortunately, I didn't understand this particular one. It clumps my hair together, makes it greasy, and takes away all the volume. It doesn't add any shine at all.
I really liked this conditioner, as I have porous, dyed hair and it smooths it beautifully.
I didn't like this product at all. After using it, my hair looks greasy and dirty, as if covered in some kind of dust. It's one of those cases where it was better before. The scent is also unpleasant.

My hair is long and prone to tangling. The conditioner is advertised as being for unruly hair, but it doesn't really have a smoothing effect, even when applied to wet hair.

I have thick, curly, light, dyed hair. In my opinion, this conditioner is not worth the money. If CHI oils are praised above all else, then this conditioner is nothing.
