This conditioner is one of my favorites! As a professional hairdresser, I discovered CHI cosmetics a long time ago. I used to buy from representatives, but sometimes I also ordered from online stores. I want to point out that this conditioner, like most products from this brand, has a cumulative effect. After using it, my hair feels full, moisturized, and less brittle. My hair is colored and frequently styled, not to mention the keratin treatments—I can't do without them! I've tried many CHI products, and this conditioner is definitely a top choice.

I've read many reviews and realized that the main issue for most people is that they don't know how to properly apply and leave in conditioners and hair balms. This conditioner works really well, doesn't weigh down or make the hair greasy, and there's no buildup, which speaks volumes about its quality!

It's not worth the money, you can find something cheaper and better. I ordered the shampoo, conditioner, and mask set. In my opinion, it's just "okay", nothing amazing but not terrible either. The smell is nice. I have natural, glassy, damaged, and very tangled hair, it adds shine but doesn't detangle my hair at all.

Makeup. The product arrived faulty! There was a thick protective film under the lid that was already torn. It is indeed sturdy, made of foil and plastic, so the element of chance here is unnecessary. If you are offering discounts on products, at least mention that the external packaging is damaged. I bought 2 bottles, and both of them were scratched along with the film. I haven't opened the second one yet because I thought it would be a gift.

I have been using CHI products for about 2 years now, and this is the third series of their products that I have tried, and it has been the most successful for me. I have natural, uncolored, shoulder-length, brown hair that is normal in terms of oiliness and thick in texture. I use the shampoo and conditioner from this line, occasionally using a mask from another brand (which is more budget-friendly), and it is sufficient for me. My hair is shiny and vibrant, and I also regularly use a straightening iron.

I prefer concentrated products, and the manufacturer has pleased me in this aspect as well, as the usage is very economical. The scent of this series is a whole separate topic: it is exquisite, subtle, light, expensive, and provides a complete aromatherapy experience while washing my hair. I can still smell it on my hair even until the next day, but it is very subtle and somehow blends perfectly with any perfume I wear.

The only downside is that the 355ml bottle does not come with a dispenser for some reason, and the conditioner is quite thick (fortunately, I had a dispenser from another series, so I was lucky). I think the manufacturer should have included a dispenser in this series as well, as it would make everything perfect.

The scent is amazing! However, that's the only positive aspect. It does not moisturize the hair at all! It has zero effect and is a waste of money. I have dry hair, and the CHI Keratin series does not make my hair smooth or soft.

One of the few positives is the decent smell. However, that's about it. After using it, the hair becomes difficult to comb and gets frizzy, becoming unruly.
