I am satisfied with the conditioner! It leaves a pleasant smell on my hair, as if I just had expensive salon treatments!

One of the few positives is the decent smell. However, that's about it. After using it, the hair becomes difficult to comb and gets frizzy, becoming unruly.

The scent is amazing! However, that's the only positive aspect. It does not moisturize the hair at all! It has zero effect and is a waste of money. I have dry hair, and the CHI Keratin series does not make my hair smooth or soft.

The scent is weak and not overpowering, I was expecting it to be more delicious. The conditioner performs decently, I would rate it a 4. I will continue to use it, but I will not be ordering it again.

I have been using CHI products for about 2 years now, and this is the third series of their products that I have tried, and it has been the most successful for me. I have natural, uncolored, shoulder-length, brown hair that is normal in terms of oiliness and thick in texture. I use the shampoo and conditioner from this line, occasionally using a mask from another brand (which is more budget-friendly), and it is sufficient for me. My hair is shiny and vibrant, and I also regularly use a straightening iron.

I prefer concentrated products, and the manufacturer has pleased me in this aspect as well, as the usage is very economical. The scent of this series is a whole separate topic: it is exquisite, subtle, light, expensive, and provides a complete aromatherapy experience while washing my hair. I can still smell it on my hair even until the next day, but it is very subtle and somehow blends perfectly with any perfume I wear.

The only downside is that the 355ml bottle does not come with a dispenser for some reason, and the conditioner is quite thick (fortunately, I had a dispenser from another series, so I was lucky). I think the manufacturer should have included a dispenser in this series as well, as it would make everything perfect.

I absolutely love the CHI brand, both their shampoos and conditioners. This particular line is no exception. The scents are heavenly and they linger on the hair for a long time. The hair itself becomes weightless, voluminous, and extremely soft. I have naturally long hair, and with these products, it looks and feels like baby hair. The usage is very economical (which is important to me because I have oily scalp and need to wash my hair every other day). I only need a small amount of shampoo, like a pea-sized drop, whereas in my case, I use a bit more of the conditioner. Thank you, makeup!

Makeup. The product arrived faulty! There was a thick protective film under the lid that was already torn. It is indeed sturdy, made of foil and plastic, so the element of chance here is unnecessary. If you are offering discounts on products, at least mention that the external packaging is damaged. I bought 2 bottles, and both of them were scratched along with the film. I haven't opened the second one yet because I thought it would be a gift.

I didn't really like it. I even bought a 970 ml bottle. The scent wasn't pleasing at all, it was some kind of chemical smell. As for the effect, it was okay, like something you would find in a regular store, but the scent in the store is better.

Before this, I was using the Argana line. I decided to order Luxury Black Oil. The effect is there, but my scalp started itching severely and I developed an allergy. This is the first time this has happened, and I am very surprised. So, be cautious.
However, the quality of my hair after using the Luxury line is incredible.

I have previously purchased the same brand, arganoil, for several years and have always had positive experiences. However, I cannot say the same for this product. It significantly weighs down my hair and they quickly become greasy after washing. I used to be able to go three days without washing, but with this conditioner, it's already a problem by lunchtime.

It doesn't work at all. It's definitely not worth the money, 100%.

I have shoulder-length dyed and bleached hair that is thin. I use this conditioner and the black cumin mask from the same series, and in my opinion, they are both excellent. My hair doesn't tangle, and personally, the product has a pleasant scent, although it is quite strong and heavy. It doesn't weigh down my hair. I don't expect miracles from a conditioner, as I understand that hair care depends on habits, diet, vitamins, other hair care products, drying techniques, as well as lifestyle and many other factors. In my opinion, this product is not impressive. It doesn't provide much moisture, and for the price, there are better options available.
