I was thrilled with the shampoo from this series, even without conditioner, my hair looked great right away, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, they were not met.

After using the conditioner, my hair feels heavy, but it still gets frizzy, which I didn't even know was possible. I thought it was mutually exclusive. It is impossible to add volume, even when blow-drying from the roots, which usually guarantees lifted hair for me. It just hangs there like icicles. The scent is a whole separate story - it smells like some kind of dishwashing detergent.

In short, I am extremely disappointed with this overpriced product, and my trust in the brand has diminished because I don't know how to explain that some products, like the shampoo and conditioner detangler, are okay, but others are as terrible as this one.

Adding a photo after using it - all the split ends and problems are even more visible, although they are usually much less noticeable.

As a daily care product, it is very good. It has a thick consistency, which is important, as it lasts me a long time. I am ready to buy it solely because of its fragrance - I really like it! However, it doesn't provide a super effect.

This conditioner is quite good. It effectively reduces frizz in my hair compared to before. I use it in combination with the shampoo and oil. The scent is pleasant and subtle, not overpowering.

The composition is terrible.

The balm did not impress me in any way, so there is no need to have high expectations for it. I realized that the regular hair mask "Numero" and the shampoo from the same brand (considered professional care) have a similar effect. I won't fall for the name anymore :) If the hair ends are split, only a haircut will help.
